Lisa Seigneur is a visionary leader with a passion for transforming underserved neighborhoods through innovative real estate solutions. With a professional background as a senior executive in the technology sector, Lisa has successfully led multiple large scale projects and distributed teams across then United States & Canada to bring new product to market, scale brick & mortar operations and simultaneously run multiple business units & P/Ls while building & launching new organizations when concurrently upholding the business continuity of other within her scope of responsibilities. Lisa is a founding leadership member of the Apple Store, Microsoft Store, Samsung Experience Shops, and Amazon's Smart Home Services (partnering with the US' largest homebuilders to construct Alexa based Smart Homes in over 40,000 newly constructed homes per year, with her geographically dispersed team of Amazon employed licensed tradesmen).
Lisa is a passionate community & political leader, being a political candidate herself in Chicago's 2023 Municipal Election (18th District Police Council for Public Safety & Police Accountability), receiving endorsements from the then Illinois Secretary of State (Jesse White), Chicago's 27th Ward Alderman & current Vice-Mayor (Ald. Walter Burnett), Illinois Tax Assessor (Fritz Kaegi), and Cabrini Green's Development Council (CDC) & Cabrini Green's Local Advisory Council (LAC) led by Maurice Edwards. During her candidacy, Lisa was a member of Chicago's 27th Ward Democratic Party, the River North Resident's Association's Safety Committee, the Near North Community Program, the Seward Park Advisory Council, and the 18th District Police Advisory Council. Additionally, she was a volunteer of the Youth for a Better Future not for profit during that campaign period.

Lisa is responsible for Metro Growth Inc's operations strategy & execution, the company's project management division, local government relations, and MGI's Corporate Citizenship Program ("Metro Growth Cares", it's NFP).
Sladjana Veli
Partner & Financial Strategist
Sladjana brings a wealth of financial expertise and deep community roots to the joint venture. With over 18 years of experience serving the City of Chicago—first through youth empowerment and community partnerships, and now through real estate development—she has built a unique bridge between strategic finance and grassroots impact.
As a former operator of multiple martial arts schools throughout Chicago, Sladjana dedicated nearly two decades to helping children and adults build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills. She worked closely with Metropolitan Family Services, Chicago Public Schools (CPS), and community organizations across underserved neighborhoods to deliver programming that supported at-risk youth and promoted community safety. Her work earned recognition and partnership from local institutions, including law enforcement and civic leaders.
In her current role as Financial Strategist for Metro Growth Inc., Sladjana sources and secures capital for major development projects, and oversees investor relations and client retention. Notably, she played a pivotal role in securing funding for the UAC and RGAC’s redevelopment of the South and North Sides of Chicago, including work in partnership with the UAC and RGAC.
As a board member of the NFP Metro Growth Cares, she works alongside Lisa Seigneur and David Arquilla to ensure Metro Growth remains an active community contributor and responsible corporate citizen.
David Arquilla

David Arquilla is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in construction, renovation, and property management. His extensive knowledge of the industry and deep understanding of the Chicago real estate market have made him a sought-after expert in the field. David's commitment to quality and his ability to deliver exceptional results have earned him a stellar reputation among clients and peers alike. As a key partner in the joint venture, David's expertise and leadership ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards. David has successfully led numerous projects, including the renovation of the historic West Loop Warehouse District and the development of affordable housing units in underserved neighborhoods, which have significantly improved the quality of life for residents.
David is responsible for Metro Growth Inc's asset management, land acquisition, project selection, infrastructure development (build, quality, service, permitting) and leading product & project delivery, construction teams/sites, and the procurement & services divisions.
